Hi! It’s my first time posting here. I am currently trying to get my chest stands. I have a rather flexible back. When I try to do a chest stand, I can get my toes to touch the ground, but not for long and it feels like I am placing too much pressure on my chin. Is there anything I should be taking note of and doing? Thank you!

Without seeing a picture, it can be difficult to give you advice pertaining to your situation. A common mistake is that people do not get their chest parallel to the floor. Try sending your chin further forward. This might help you.

I'm not into this kind of stuff but there are nice people here with contortion and circus knowledge than can help you, better if you post a pic of your form. Just edit the photo to erase your face and whatever you don't want to show!
