Hey everyone, I was just wondering if others have experienced this with increasing flexibility. I would never say I was completely inflexible, but I was inflexible enough that touching my toes was quite the feat. Now after 2 years of an on and off yoga practice, my flexibility has drastically improved. As my flexibility has improved however, my joints are popping and cracking a lot more. It initially began as I was stretching and releasing the muscles, but it’s to a point now I can pretty much crack or pop any joints on command. With that being said though, it never causes me any pain. I just wanted to know if anyone could offer an explanation to this, I’ve heard it could be the fascia releasing?
