McGills big 3

    Just a simple question for anybody who was successful with this routine.

    How many times per day did you perform it? I know how much sets/reps, just not sure if once daily or more frequently. Thanks!

    I think his books recommend once a day and not in the morning(when the spine has the most amount of fluid in it and is tight). Doing the big 3 and improving my daily movement patterns as recommended in Back Mechanic improved my back pain a lot.
