    If something hurts and doesn't go away after a week, see a medical professional. But what about a day? Or two? I've been stretching my legs, I don't know how to describe the stretch I'm doing but it involves grabbing my big toe with two fingers and pulling my leg upward. When I do this with my right leg, it gives me a deep stretch somewhere in my right butt cheek. But this stretch leaves me sore the next day. Is that normal?

    I keep see recomendations between these two so what's better to start with? The Starting Stretching Routine by Phraktured or Starting to Stretch from the main page?

    How do I increase flexibility for straddle/pancake stretch? When I do it, I’m can only sit upright so I don’t have any leverage to pull me down. How do I feel the stretch or get to a point so that I can feel the stretch?

    Doing a sitting wide legged stretch I cant sit up straight.
    My hips curl under.
    I hope I'm describing it well.
    How can I do that stretch properly?
